Responsibilities
  • You will be a critical member of Discovery Biology, where you'll play a hands-on role in shaping and executing research strategies for various discovery programs, contributing to clear go/no-go decisions.
  • Lead, oversee, and empower a team of biology scientists. Clearly define and communicate research objectives, orchestrate key studies, and analyze data.
  • Collaborate across functions to identify and validate leading candidates from target selection and hit identification to hit-to-lead optimization, drug candidate nomination.
  • Deliver compelling project updates and present innovative early-stage research ideas to senior research leadership and diverse audiences.
  • Stay abreast of scientific literature regarding biological targets, modalities, cutting-edge techniques, and model systems.
