What believers are saying

  • CM Equity Partners' January 2024 investment scales federal civilian business with USAID and State Department.
  • Peacebuilding expansion via USAID PELA II partnership in West Africa diversifies geographic revenue streams.
  • Agile, digital-forward workforce positions Dexis to win complex program design and delivery contracts.

What critics are saying

  • 60–80% revenue concentration in U.S. federal clients creates existential risk from budget cuts or contract loss.
  • PE-backed growth demands 25–35% EBITDA margins; failure triggers forced asset sales or management replacement.
  • Operations in 80 unstable countries expose Dexis to geopolitical disruption, sanctions, and security incidents.

What makes Dexis Consulting Group unique

  • ISO 9001-certified quality management system differentiates Dexis from competitors in federal contracting.
  • Minority-owned firm with 70% female staff and 40% minority leadership attracts federal diversity preferences.
  • 25 years of experience across 80 countries in security, stabilization, and rule of law.
