Requirements
  • A Master's degree is required.
  • Graduation from an ARRT-approved Radiologic Technology program is required.
  • At least three years of professional experience after ARRT certification is required.
  • At least two years of teaching experience is required.
  • A current New York State Radiologic Technology license is required.
  • Current ARRT registration is required.
Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage the radiography curriculum in compliance with JRCERT, ARRT, and New York State Department of Health standards.
  • Prepare and maintain accreditation reports, self-studies, and outcome assessments.
  • Teach assigned courses and coordinate guest lecturers.
  • Oversee clinical education, faculty performance, and staffing.
  • Recruit, select, and advise students, and oversee admissions and student records.
  • Chair annual Advisory Committee meetings.
  • Maintain student handbooks, policies, and program documentation.
  • Manage the program budget, financial records, and purchasing.
  • Plan and coordinate graduation ceremonies.
  • Serve as liaison to clinical sites, vendors, and professional organizations.
  • Foster a respectful, collaborative learning and work environment.
Desired Qualifications
  • Teaching experience in a JRCERT-accredited program is preferred.
