As a product designer at Grid, you will have the opportunity to:

As an ideal candidate, you possess the following qualifications:

• You have at least 4 years of experience owning the design process from ideation to engineering hand-off, demonstrating your ability to deliver high-quality designs that meet business and user goals.
• You have a compelling online portfolio that showcases your recent work and design process, demonstrating your ability to create engaging and innovative designs that solve complex problems.
• You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively articulate your design decisions to stakeholders, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and receive and provide feedback to improve designs.
• You are comfortable designing and iterating effectively in a fast-paced, fluid startup environment, where adaptability and agility are key to success.
• You have a strong foundation in visual design and user experience principles, and continuously strive to stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices.
• You are proficient in design prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or others, and have the ability to rapidly create and test prototypes to validate your design ideas.
