Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience of 3-5 years in digital adoption and instructional design, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Expertise with Pendo strongly desired.
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, Vyond and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles.
  • Certification in instructional design, digital adoption or program/project management.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work optimally with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with subject matter authorities to develop and implement digital adoption strategies that align with business goals.
  • Handle the DAP product lifecycle, including planning, execution, and evaluation of digital adoption initiatives.
  • Conduct needs assessments and analyze user data to identify learning gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, training materials, and support resources.
  • Supervise and evaluate the effectiveness of digital adoption programs, making data-driven recommendations for enhancements.
  • Stay current with industry trends and standard processes in digital adoption and instructional design.
  • Create and produce captivating learning materials, such as e-learning modules, instructional videos, and interactive guides, using tools like Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise as needed.
