We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Adoption Instructional Designer to join our Ferguson Academy Instructional Design team! This role involves managing our Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) - Pendo and creating engaging learning experiences that drive user adoption and proficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital adoption strategies, instructional design, and project management.
Location:
This role is approved to be fully remote and can be based anywhere in the United States.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with subject matter authorities to develop and implement digital adoption strategies that align with business goals.
Handle the DAP product lifecycle, including planning, execution, and evaluation of digital adoption initiatives.
Conduct needs assessments and analyze user data to identify learning gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Build and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, training materials, and support resources.
Supervise and evaluate the effectiveness of digital adoption programs, making data-driven recommendations for enhancements.
Stay current with industry trends and standard processes in digital adoption and instructional design.
Create and produce captivating learning materials, such as e-learning modules, instructional videos, and interactive guides, using tools like Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or a related field preferred.
Proven experience of 3-5 years in digital adoption and instructional design, preferably in a corporate setting.
Expertise with Pendo strongly desired.
Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, Vyond and Adobe Creative Suite.
Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles.
Certification in instructional design, digital adoption or program/project management.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work optimally with cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
