- Experience exploring, prototyping, and contributing to AI initiatives
- Customer-focused approach with regular clinician engagement, combining qualitative insights and quantitative analysis to drive solutions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build consensus across teams and stakeholders
- Comfortable switching between high-level strategy and day-to-day execution
- 'Hustle and grit' mentality with resourcefulness, bias toward action, and ability to deliver results

- Develop and execute the product roadmap, including 1) features that streamline workflows for psychiatrists and support different services offered to practices, improving patient care and overall practice efficiency, 2) internal tooling to improve operational efficiency of internal teams that drive services such as revenue cycle management (RCM) for clinicians
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with engineering, design, clinical, and life sciences teams to deliver impactful product solutions
- Leverage strong strategic thinking to boost the Osmind platform and ecosystem, bringing a solid framework to build/buy analyses and partner vendor selection
- Understand clinician workflows, identify pain points, and deliver solutions that make an immediate impact on their practice
- Collaborate with teams across the company, including sales, operations, customer success, clinical, marketing, and research, to identify customer needs and opportunities
- Define, track, and deliver on core success measures and KPIs to support company goals and product outcomes
- Drive product strategy that supports both clinical excellence and research advancement
- Experience with medical billing and healthcare reimbursement
- Specific experience with clinical data and understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements
- Experience working with life sciences teams or research-focused product development
- Passion for bringing innovative mental health treatments to patients who need them most
