  • BA/BS degree
  • 1 year of customer service, inside sales or education experience, preferably within the ed-tech or software industry

Responsibilities
  • Lead follow up for transactional sales and data input
  • Conduct cold outbound reach outs and qualify inbound sales leads
  • Ensure timely processing of leads and support sales campaigns
  • Support international ESCs with discovery calls and identify customer pain points
  • Identify growth opportunities for sales teams
