  • BA/BS degree
  • 1 year of customer service, inside sales or education experience, preferably within the ed-tech or software industry
  • High level of self-motivation, energy, and drive to succeed
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal (telephone) and written communications skills
  • Understanding of web applications
  • Ability to accommodate various global time zones
  • Salesforce.com experience is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Lead follow up for transactional sales and data input for processing
  • Conduct cold outbound reach outs (via email / calls) and qualify inbound sales leads
  • Ensure timely processing of leads and support sales campaigns
  • Support international ESCs with discovery calls and identify customer pain points
  • Identify growth opportunities for sales teams
