  • Manage the noon conference series
  • Handle resident monthly schedule changes
  • Develop resident wellness programming
  • Evaluate patient flow on the general medicine services at NGH & the VA affiliate sites
  • Assist the program director with all delegated administrative duties

  • Serve as a liaison between resident and faculty when appropriate
  • Report cases of serious personal or disciplinary problems to the residency program director and appropriate faculty members

  • Teach and train residents on various aspects of clinical practices, including diagnosis and in-patient care
  • Perform clinical duties based on the needs of the program
