Responsibilities
  • Handle all inbound leads generated through various marketing channels promptly and professionally.
  • Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments with prospective clients, understanding their pain points and business objectives.
  • Utilize product knowledge and sales expertise to recommend suitable solutions tailored to their requirements.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead qualification to deal closure.
  • Employ effective sales techniques to nurture and move prospects through the pipeline efficiently, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by demonstrating empathy, understanding, and responsiveness.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries and maintaining regular contact to assess ongoing needs.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of finally.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product features, and the competitive landscape to position finally's offerings effectively.
  • Continuously develop a deep understanding of our products and their value proposition.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to align strategies, share valuable insights, and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within finally, providing feedback on customer preferences, pain points, and suggestions for product improvement.
