Position Overview:
As an Account Executive at finally, you will be responsible for managing and converting 100% inbound leads into satisfied customers. You will have the exciting opportunity to engage with potential clients, understand their unique requirements, and provide them with a tailored solution. Your consultative selling approach and customer-centric mindset will be essential in achieving and exceeding sales targets while delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
Lead Engagement: Handle all inbound leads generated through various marketing channels promptly and professionally. Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments with prospective clients, understanding their pain points and business objectives. Utilize product knowledge and sales expertise to recommend suitable solutions tailored to their requirements.
Sales Process Management: Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead qualification to deal closure. Employ effective sales techniques to nurture and move prospects through the pipeline efficiently, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication.
Relationship Building: Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by demonstrating empathy, understanding, and responsiveness. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries and maintaining regular contact to assess ongoing needs.
Quota Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of finally. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, product features, and the competitive landscape to position finally’s offerings effectively. Continuously develop a deep understanding of our products and their value proposition.
Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to align strategies, share valuable insights, and improve the overall customer experience.
Customer Feedback: Act as the voice of the customer within finally, providing feedback on customer preferences, pain points, and suggestions for product improvement.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven track record of success in a sales or account executive role.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Customer-Centric: A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and the ability to build rapport with clients.
Sales Acumen: Demonstrated expertise in consultative selling and the ability to identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment and ability to thrive under pressure.
Goal-Oriented: Results-driven mindset with a determination to achieve and surpass targets consistently.
Team Player: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales-related tools.
Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the Finance or Accounting industry is a plus.
B.A, B.S or equivalent experience
Working Schedule:
This is a full-time, in-office position with a 5-day workweek. Office hours are typically from (9:00AM - 6:00 PM) from Monday to Friday.
