Responsibilities
  • Handle all inbound leads generated through various marketing channels promptly and professionally. Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments with prospective clients, understanding their pain points and business objectives. Utilize product knowledge and sales expertise to recommend suitable solutions tailored to their requirements.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead qualification to deal closure. Employ effective sales techniques to nurture and move prospects through the pipeline efficiently, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by demonstrating empathy, understanding, and responsiveness. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries and maintaining regular contact to assess ongoing needs.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of finally. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product features, and the competitive landscape to position finally's offerings effectively. Continuously develop a deep understanding of our products and their value proposition.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to align strategies, share valuable insights, and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within finally, providing feedback on customer preferences, pain points, and suggestions for product improvement.
