Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales and margin targets
  • Manage pricing strategy and policy
  • Maintain and grow key account relationships
  • Strategically manage Philmac’s channel to market to maximise long-term profitability
  • Negotiate with key customers and on major projects
  • Actively coach and develop the sales team
  • Collaborate with marketing and innovation teams to deliver new opportunities (product, customer, geography), including business case preparation
  • Drive innovation through a deep understanding of customer needs
  • Align business operations with market needs through accurate forecasting and regular feedback
  • Foster a culture of health, wellbeing, and safety within the team
