- A bachelor's degree in social work or social service.
- Good standing membership in the Quebec Order of Social Workers and Marriage and Family Therapists.
- Recent and relevant experience in the DPJ sector.
- Recent and relevant experience working with youth and providing proximity services.
- Strong listening, adaptability, and teamwork abilities.
- Availability to work full-time for the entire mandate.
- Bilingual French and English communication ability.
- Assess the psychosocial situation of users and their families.
- Intervene with clients experiencing difficulties, including mental health, addiction, youth, and older-adult needs.
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans.
- Provide guidance and support to users throughout their care journey.
