Requirements
- BS/MS degree in Computer science or related areas (or equivalent experience)
- Solid technical foundation in distributed computing and storage
- 10+ years of system software engineering experience on large-scale production systems
- 10+ years of architecting high performance computing infrastructure at scale
- Experience in Cloud hardware infrastructure - AMD and Intel servers, Network, Firewalls, Switches, etc
- Experience in Cloud software infrastructure - Provisioning flow, DNS, LDAP, NTP, Load balancing, Monitoring, Logging, etc
- Proven experience in high performance computing, Deep Learning, and/or accelerated computing domains
- Ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex designs and requirements to peers, customers, and vendors
- Experience in Cloud virtualization - OpenStack and/or Kubernetes
- Strong Linux experience - all distros
Responsibilities
- Design and architect data center and modular infrastructure targeted towards HPC and Deep Learning Applications from rack and stack to application bring up
- Work on setting up DevCloud / Cloud from the ground up
- Build the distributed computing infrastructure for creating large scale distributed model training
- Plan and coordinate across multi-functional teams, partners and vendors for execution of infrastructure build-outs
