  • Owns all Product roll-out planning and execution including training, written deliverables, virtual project demonstrations, and in-person presentations
  • Lead meetings with multiple stakeholders to identify and prioritize software development and business process improvement initiatives
  • Vendor contract negotiations in conjunction with Finance and business teams
  • Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories, and visual mock-ups for stakeholder review
  • Gather feedback and approval from relevant stakeholders' pre-development and post-development
