Requirements
  • 7-15 years of experience in Product Management, Account Manager, or Project Manager roles
  • Worked in Agile setup as a Product Manager for 1-2 years
  • Understands the software development lifecycle
  • In-depth knowledge of user experience design and demonstrates the ability to author user stories and functional specifications
  • Collaborate closely with software engineers and QA teams
  • Experience with Quarterly Planning

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the operations of Product Management on the Insights team while developing and executing a roadmap for core products
  • Guide the agile development processes including quarterly planning, metrics gathering, sprint planning, grooming, and overall sprint deliverables
  • Owns all Product roll-out planning and execution including training, written deliverables, virtual project demonstrations, and in-person presentations
  • Lead meetings with multiple stakeholders to identify and prioritize software development and business process improvement initiatives
  • Vendor contract negotiations in conjunction with Finance and business teams
  • Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories, and visual mock-ups for stakeholder review
  • Gather feedback and approval from relevant stakeholders' pre-development and post-development
