  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 3 years of financial planning, reporting, and analysis experience
  • Experience working with an ERP system – SAP experience is a plus
  • Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel (PowerPivot, PowerQuery, sensitivity analysis, etc.)
Responsibilities
  • Developing and maintaining revenue forecasts, analyzing trends, and providing insights to support business decisions.
  • Preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and variances from forecasts.
  • Conducting detailed financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. This includes working with large datasets and using statistical methods to predict future revenue.
  • Leverage advanced reporting and analysis tools when appropriate including Tableau and Alteryx.
  • Partner with other members of the Acute Care FP&A team and Corp FP&A team to ensure consistency in reporting measures as well as the quality, look, and feel of all FP&A reporting.
  • Continually look for opportunities to drive process improvement and automation.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • Tableau experience preferred
  • SQL experience preferred
  • Alteryx experience preferred
