Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the business process outsourcing industry is required.
  • Outside sales experience is required.
  • Experience in contract negotiations, program management, and business-to-business sales is required.
  • The candidate must be able to interpret data quickly and effectively.
  • The candidate must be able to overcome objections, solve problems, and use data to forecast impending situations.
  • The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and be effective in one-on-one meetings and group presentations.
  • The candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Research and gather data on marketing trends, competitive services, and pricing.
  • Monitor the external and internal environment for development of new market segments.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and leveraging an existing contact base.
  • Produce business plans for new product development.
  • Develop negotiating strategies by studying integration of new ventures with company strategies and operations.
  • Perform sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Interact with existing customers to increase sales of services.
  • Build, manage, and optimize business-to-business relationships.
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Use consultative selling skills to understand and exceed customers' business needs.
  • Travel up to 50% to support business needs.
  • Maintain concentration and focus to meet performance goals.
  • React positively to an ongoing, changing environment.
  • Handle pressure while attempting to meet deadlines and performance goals.
  • Maintain good working relationships with assigned supervisors and coworkers.
  • Work safely without presenting a threat to self or others.
  • Perform additional duties as required by management.
