Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Support and mentor developing remote representatives.
  • Assist with onboarding and development of new team members.
  • Help representatives understand systems, procedures, and expectations.
  • Participate in virtual coaching and development sessions.
  • Help establish individual and team performance goals.
  • Monitor activity and assist with performance accountability.
  • Identify areas where representatives may need additional support.
  • Provide constructive feedback and reinforce positive performance.
  • Conduct scheduled virtual appointments through Zoom and phone.
  • Connect with individuals and families who have requested benefit information.
  • Listen to client needs and answer questions professionally.
  • Explain life, accident, and supplemental benefit options and help clients understand coverage choices.
  • Provide personalized recommendations based on client needs.
  • Guide eligible clients through applications and enrollment.
  • Provide ongoing service and follow-up, including assistance with policy-related questions and reviews.
  • Build long-term client relationships through professional and consistent communication.
  • Coordinate appointments, schedules, and follow-up activities.
  • Maintain accurate digital records and documentation.
  • Monitor individual and team activity and identify opportunities to improve productivity.
  • Support consistent client-service standards and adherence to company procedures and applicable requirements.
  • Use CRM systems and digital business tools.
  • Resolve day-to-day workflow challenges.
  • Communicate updates and priorities to team members.
  • Collaborate with management on team-development initiatives.
  • Participate in virtual client consultations, online team meetings, remote coaching sessions, digital client follow-up, virtual training, workshops, and leadership-development meetings.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous insurance or supervisory experience.
  • Experience in operations, customer service supervision, team leadership, call-center leadership, sales, account management, client relations, recruiting, training and development, retail management, hospitality management, healthcare, financial services, military leadership, or administrative supervision.
