- Strong academic background, undergraduate degree preferred
- 1-3 years of applicable experience in legal, compliance, investor reporting and/or accounting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
- Experience with CRM systems, RPF software and investor services systems (particularly Salesforce, Qvidian and/or SunGard DX) a plus
- Experience in alternative investments a plus
- Self-starter who requires little direction
- Ability to multi-task and maintain composure in a high-volume environment
- Strong sense of urgency; ability to execute efficiently with strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams

- Collaborating with colleagues across the Sixth Street platform to respond to LP requests
- Preparing detailed investor reporting
- Onboarding new investors and maintaining investor details
- Managing related systems
- Interacting and communicating directly with LPs to address reporting and operational needs
- Coordinating and managing timelines for professionals at all seniority levels to ensure that LP requests are handled in a timely manner
- Participating in the administration of due diligence databases
- Reviewing and understanding investor subscription documents, tax forms, and supporting documentation
- Collaborating with legal and accounting teams to ensure the Investor Services team maintains complete records related to investors and their commitments
- Managing updates to investor data within Salesforce and monitoring all related API data transfers to DX Investor Portal and other downstream systems
- Executing and providing support to other team members on document loading, data structure, enhancements, testing, and follow up on all matters pertaining to Investor Portal
- Aiding in regular communication to all respective Sixth Street users regarding system enhancements, system outages, and best practices
- Managing user permissions and data room structures
- Reporting to the Head of Investor Services and keeping them aware of the status of all deliverables; identifying and escalating challenges appropriately
- Participating in the creation of controls, checklists, policies, and procedures
- Understanding and applying compliance policies and appropriately syndicating risk
- Assisting with technology onboarding and enhancement projects
