  • Experience influencing stakeholders and engineers, including “roll-up the sleeves” type of collaboration within a diverse, global, cross-functional team
  • Experience influencing and partnering with stakeholders across organizations
  • Experience in designing, building and scaling risk processes, with experience getting things done and overcoming obstacles
  • Experience in end-to-end strategy to implementation, navigating business structures while maintaining confidentiality and discretion
  • Create data access policies based on company-wide guidelines, regulatory policies and legal considerations
  • Oversight on data usage within Marketing Science Documentation of core MarSci data use cases
  • Identification of excess data tables to reduce data usage Identification of inefficient data queries/education to improve
  • Tracking of core tables and usage requirements. Identification of potential tool solutions to data access needs
  • Design and develop scalable risk mitigation measures, tracking dashboards and partner with cross-functional teams to develop training and certification programs
  • Engagement with central privacy workstreams to understand any future changes that would impact on existing Marketing Science data usage
  • Monitor and audit downstream usage of data created by Marketing Science. Engage with users to analyze privacy risks, output closure and establish expectations regarding usage and support
