Requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise with healthcare related data, analytics, and software.
  • In-depth understanding of and experience working with Digital or Life Sciences customers (3-5 years of relevant experience is nice to have).
  • Deep technical knowledge in Snowflake (or other Relational Databases Management tools/Data-Cloud platforms), Amazon Web Services (AWS), Identity Resolution & Tokenization, REST APIs, JIRA, and Technical Architecture Design.
  • Advanced storytelling ability related to data analysis and impactful presentations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and foster collaboration across various groups/stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with high quality and grace under pressure.
  • Flexible mindset to embrace new software applications and cloud-based platforms.
Responsibilities
  • Obtain an advanced understanding of Komodo’s Healthcare Map and MapLab Platform.
  • Partner with Commercial stakeholders to instill customer confidence in the solution.
  • Support the sales team in bringing Komodo’s newest and most complex offerings to market.
  • Collaborate cross functionally across sales, customer success, product/engineer, legal/compliance, and program teams.
  • Bring the voice of customers into the product development lifecycle.
  • Foster and exemplify Komodo Values and Culture.
