- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation
- Standardize Work Instructions: Develop and maintain documentation to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Lead Improvement Projects: Organize and facilitate Kaizen events and other continuous improvement efforts
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis: Investigate production issues and implement corrective actions
- Support Quality Control: Assist in designing and enforcing quality standards and procedures
- Utilize change management techniques to ensure a high level of employee engagement and sustainment when changes are introduced
- Effectively communicate process deviations
