- A minimum Bac +2 qualification in QHSE.
- At least five years of experience in a similar position in a demanding industrial environment, such as aerospace or defense.
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001, EN 9100, and ISO 17025 standards.
- Knowledge of non-destructive testing, dimensional inspection and metrology, and plan reading; mechanical knowledge is desirable.
- Structure and maintain a clear, coherent, and accessible document management system, ensure documents align with ISO 9001, EN 9100, ISO 17025, and NADCAP requirements, and ensure field teams properly adopt the documents.
- Lead the day-to-day quality initiative through awareness activities, support, and training.
- Monitor nonconformities and corrective actions.
- Participate in preparing and conducting internal and external audits, and support audits by customers and certification bodies.
- Promote good practices and ensure hygiene and safety rules are followed by teams.
- Provide expertise to reduce occupational risks, including workplace accidents, occupational illnesses, and dangerous situations.
- Manage external relationships with customers, CARSAT, the Labour Inspectorate, occupational health services, and other external organizations.
- Ensure all waste generated by company activities is managed correctly in accordance with applicable laws.
- Raise employees’ awareness of environmental risks in their work areas.
