Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology (B.Tech) or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years of experience in programmatic advertising, preferably in demand/supply partnerships or operations.
  • Strong understanding of DSP/SSP integrations and the programmatic ecosystem.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and optimize performance.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Excel and familiarity with programmatic tools/platforms is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Build and manage strong relationships with demand and supply partners to drive long-term growth.
  • Oversee DSP and SSP integrations, ensuring smooth setup and execution.
  • Optimize programmatic performance across video, display, and app inventory to achieve revenue and efficiency goals.
  • Monitor industry trends, ensuring compliance with brand safety, ad fraud prevention, and data privacy standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, analytics) to maximize yield and partner satisfaction.
  • Conduct performance reviews, identify opportunities, and implement strategic recommendations for scaling partnerships.
  • Negotiate terms with partners to maximize value and profitability.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on partnership performance and revenue contribution.
