We are now seeking a Head of Operations to refine the running of the business and to help us reach our insane goals as we 4X in size in the next 18 months from 12 to 50 people.

The job will involve:

• Report directly to the CEO, setting operating cadence, ensuring plans and vision are communicated effectively.
• Using your autonomy to solve operational problems, setting up payroll, legal structure and expenses.
• Running hiring processes, references, etc,
• Bring structure to the business.

You will:
• Be highly goal orientated
• Be experienced in scaling small teams. You have seen teams grow from 10 to 50 people at least once and have a great understanding of how to do it
