Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience will be considered.
  • One to three (1–3) years of experience in admissions, enrollment management, CRM support, or a related operational/technical role.
  • Strong familiarity with Slate is required.
  • Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to manage data, workflows, and process-driven tasks.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to evolving technologies, processes, and institutional needs.
  • Demonstrated interest in developing deeper technical and CRM expertise within an admissions setting. Curiosity-driven approach to problem solving, with a commitment to continuous learning and expanding technical skills.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with the daily configuration, updates, and maintenance of Slate CRM, including forms, fields, queries, and basic workflow adjustments.
  • Capability to build complex workflows, pop rules, automations, and dynamic portals.
  • Experience with queries, exports, imports, rules, forms, configurable join, and source formats.
  • Build and maintain dashboards for recruitment funnel, events, application volume, and operational metrics.
  • Ability to troubleshoot data quality, field mapping, and integration failures.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS, Liquid markup, and template configuration for comm flows.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all Slate integrations with SIS, marketing automation systems, and third-party data providers.
  • Manage all checklist logic, dynamic content, portals, interview scheduling tools, and automated applicant communications.
  • Support the setup and management of application terms, rounds, checklists, and requirements for each admissions cycle.
  • Build automated processes, data imports/exports, and system notifications to ensure accuracy and timely resolution of issues.
  • Deploy email and SMS through drip communications as well as one off emails.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for user questions and troubleshooting, escalating more complex issues to cross functional departments as needed.
