- As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and optimization of data systems and pipelines that support artificial intelligence and machine learning applications within a Navy information technology command
- You will collaborate closely with AI/ML engineers and other technical teams to ensure the efficient and scalable processing of data
- This role involves applying data engineering best practices to develop reliable data pipelines and architectures, enabling the effective deployment of machine learning models and supporting mission-critical defense operations
- You will also support data quality efforts, ensure compliance with security protocols, and contribute to improving data workflows across the client’s information technology systems
- Experience supporting AI/ML data workflows
- Data aggregation experience using Jupiter
- Familiarity with scalable data architectures and performance optimization
