  • Experience with budget control and stock management.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily menus and recipes while managing multiple job tasks.
  • Directly supervise and train kitchen personnel on culinary activities in conjunction with the Director of Food and Beverage Department.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure the highest quality food products for an independent living community.
  • Maintain kitchen sanitation and safety standards.
  • Assist with the setup, service, and cleanup of food production.
  • Lift 5 to 20 pounds alone and up to 50 pounds with assistance.

  • Experience in a healthcare or restaurant setting.
