Responsibilities
  • Receive and process inbound electronic communication including email, phone and text from dealers and handle in a timely manner
  • Receive, validate, and process floorplan loan requests in adherence to Kinetic Advantage’s policies, procedures, and advance guidelines
  • Accurately calculate amounts due in a variety of floorplan situations
  • Maintain a steady workflow and perform additional assignments in down time, as needed
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Kinetic Advantage policies, processes, and procedures relative to assigned areas, and ensure adherence to established policies and procedures
  • Apply experience and lessons-learned to create or modify work methods related to floorplan advances & overall partner experience
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Desired Qualifications
  • 1+ years related experience in either the floorplan, automobile, or auction industry or with the Bureau of Motor Vehicles, preferred
  • Bilingual preferred but not required – bilingual team members may be required to speak to customers on the phone

The facility closed Jan. 9, 2026, following Kinetic Advantage's second securitization completed in late 2025. The transaction is backed by loans to independent auto dealers. The credit facility was designed specifically to address the financing needs of independent dealerships and provides Kinetic Advantage with additional capital capacity to support dealer growth initiatives in 2026 and beyond.
