Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in technical product marketing, sales engineering, product management, solution consulting or solution architecture delivering software solutions to market
  • Exposure or general familiarity with no/low-code development platforms
  • Ability to configure product solutions, facilitate product demonstrations and effectively communicate ServiceNow value propositions and key differentiators
  • Ability to quickly understand new technology through instruction and self-training
  • Professional communication skills and presence, and experience presenting professional audiences
  • Basic understanding of third party integrations using web services, JDBC, and file-based parsers
  • Functional comprehension of SQL and database concepts
  • Familiar with JavaScript, HTML and libraries/frameworks such AngularJS and Bootstrap
  • Hands-on Experience with the ServiceNow Platform a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies such as Camtasia, ScreenFlow or DemoEasel
  • Exceptional people skills to interact with executives, colleagues, cross-functional teams, partners, and customers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/education preferred
  • Up to 20% travel
Responsibilities
  • Help build a world-class technical product marketing function by delivering technical marketing content for ServiceNow's Creator Workflow solutions
  • Assist in the development of Now Platform Creator implementation methodologies to meet partner and customer stakeholder needs
  • Complete assigned technical product marketing deliverables, including but not limited to technical marketing collateral, videos, demos, sales enablement trainings, presentations, sales tools, marketing events and campaigns
  • Work with appropriate teams to support creating content to help internal, partner, and customer ecosystems understand the business applications of Now Platform Creator innovations
  • Help with developing cool and compelling killer content, including short videos, blogs, webinars and field enablement programs, all aligned to the core value proposition and messaging for ServiceNow's Creator Workflow solution offerings
  • Partner with Technical Product Marketing colleagues to collaborate with product management, product line sales, solution consulting, and product marketing
  • May present technical marketing content to internal and external audiences, including ServiceNow's Knowledge Conference and industry tradeshows
