Catholic Funeral & Cemetery Services (CFCS) is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and relationship-driven Funeral Sales Associate to join our team in Hayward, CA. In this role, you will guide families through pre-need and at-need cemetery and funeral planning, helping them make informed and meaningful decisions for themselves or their loved ones.

Responsibilities
- Meet with families to discuss pre-need and at-need funeral and cemetery planning options
- Use a consultative sales approach to understand family needs and recommend meaningful solutions
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through prospecting and community outreach
- Follow up with families and provide exceptional, personalized service
- Manage your own success while working alongside a supportive and mission-driven team
- Represent CFCS values with professionalism, empathy, and integrity

Qualifications
- 2–4 years of performance-based sales experience required
- Prospecting and lead generation experience required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Passion for helping people through important life decisions
- Comfort working in a mission-driven, Catholic environment
- Driven to succeed and willing to put in the work to build your business
