Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Seek to understand the person you are assisting and their unique circumstances. Using this insight you’ll provide unreasonable hospitality and service.
  • Connect folks with the various Galileo services and teams, including clinical and administrative functions. As needed, this can include completing administrative tasks such as processing insurance authorizations, collecting medical records and more.
  • Build strong connections that mean you notice even the small details and continually brainstorm solutions to improve our processes and each person’s experience

It allows teams to quickly identify and fix data issues that affect model performance and provides a collaborative space to manage models from raw data to production.
