Requirements
  • Deep technical domain knowledge in offensive security
  • 7 + years experience delivering offensive security services, such as penetration testing, red teaming, and vulnerability assessments
  • Experience managing and developing high performing teams

Responsibilities
  • Set and execute strategy for our security services, security delivery, community, and research teams.
  • Own and drive the standard of quality of our services. Regularly review/revise the guidelines and execution methodologies for our services to continue offering high-quality results.
  • Engage the Cobalt Core, ensuring that we recruit and retain the best security testers for our community.
  • Work with product management and finance to price offerings and meet internal margin targets.
  • Work with product management to continuously innovate and execute our product strategy, particularly using automation and AI to improve our offerings.
  • Represent Cobalt at industry conferences and customer events.
