Requirements
  • Minimum of one year of MIG welding experience is preferred.
  • Ability to interpret complex structural blueprints, shop drawings, and welding symbols accurately.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks while standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work the second shift, Monday through Thursday, from 4:30 p.m. to 3:00 a.m.
  • Ability to cut, bend, and fabricate components.
  • Ability to operate lifting devices safely, including cranes, positioners, magnets, and hooks.
Responsibilities
  • Perform MIG welding on mild steel ranging from 20-gauge to 1-inch thickness.
  • Produce accurate, durable components according to detailed instructions and specifications.
  • Interpret welding symbols and blueprints to ensure precise setups and welds.
  • Use metal-finishing tools, including grinders and abrasives, to meet quality standards.
  • Operate lifting devices safely and efficiently.
  • Fabricate handrails, guardrails, and stair systems.

  • Strong attention to detail, a steady hand, and a passion for quality welding work.
  • Support and training toward certifications such as D1.1 GMAW and D1.3 GMAW.

Customers submit parts designs and the company uses its full range of metalworking equipment along with design support to turn those designs into finished components.
