The Opportunity:
As an expert in defense missions, your unique background inspires you to think bigger, push further, and ask questions others don’t. We need your extensive Department of Defense (DoD) knowledge and advisory skills to solve some of our clients’ most complex problems—and find solutions that keep our nation safe.
As an accomplished DoD Force Development Specialist, you’ll bring your leadership and consulting expertise to work alongside thought leaders in Joint and Army strategy to help the Army deliver the future Joint Force. You’ll help ensure that military commanders and operators are supported with institutional resources, tools, and capabilities to mitigate and respond to civilian harm. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the force development cycle to help to ensure military forces have required capabilities to effectively achieve mission objectives while mitigating and responding to civilian harm in strategic competition and future conflicts.
Our clients will rely on your knowledge of, and expertise with, force development to observe, analyze, and document capability gaps and opportunities to improve civilian harm outcomes. You’ll support formal requirements identification processes to include generating written products and helping DoD stakeholders to navigate ways to formalize requirements. You’ll support military departments and defense agencies, as they execute their organize, man, train, equip, and sustain functions to help future capabilities meet identified civilian harm mitigation and response (CHMR) requirements. You’ll work collaboratively each day to inform joint- or service-level concepts and associated wargames and exercises to support the integration of civilian environment considerations.
We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll have resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools. Join us as we provide the right information at the right time to support the critical needs of our warfighter.
