Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in managing client accounts and inquiries
Prepare sales presentations, reports, and documentation
Schedule meetings, follow up with clients, and manage calendars
Track and manage sales leads using CRM systems
Maintain organized records of sales transactions and customer interactions
Support the implementation of promotional activities and campaigns
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely project delivery
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
