Requirements
  • At least 1 year of design experience.
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills, including examples of social media creative.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Genuine interest in paid social design and social media design.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for using and learning artificial intelligence tools to improve the design process and output.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative mindset and openness to feedback.
Responsibilities
  • Take briefs from concept to final assets, incorporating feedback from the Creative Director, Art Director, and cross-functional partners.
  • Organize and maintain design files, templates, and asset libraries for the marketing team.
  • Stay current with platform trends, ad formats, and design conventions and translate them into work that fits the brand.
  • Experiment with artificial intelligence design tools to streamline production, explore concepts, and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Create static and motion assets for paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Design organic social creative that fits the brand and performs on each platform.
  • Adapt and resize creative for different placements, aspect ratios, and platform specifications.
  • Maintain brand consistency while creating fresh, platform-appropriate work.
  • Create on-brand visual assets for email campaigns, including promotional layouts, hero graphics, lifecycle creative, and newsletter creative.
  • Partner with Marketing, Growth, and Social teams to align creative with campaigns, launches, and content calendars.
  • Incorporate performance feedback and creative insights to iterate on effective work.
  • Support the broader creative team with ad hoc design needs across marketing channels.
Desired Qualifications
  • Video editing skills using Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools.
  • Experience designing for fintech, consumer finance, or another regulated industry.
  • Basic motion graphics or animation skills.
  • Familiarity with paid social specifications, ad formats, and platform best practices.
  • Experience working from a design system or brand guidelines.
