Requirements
  • An associate degree in allied health, applied/radiologic science, or completion of a certificate program is required.
  • Certification as a Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT(R)) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is required.
  • A radiographer license in the state of practice is required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
Responsibilities
  • Work at both St. Mary's and St. Vincent Hospitals.
  • Perform imaging across X-ray and computed tomography using a variety of imaging equipment and systems.
  • Work independently with patients of all age groups.
  • Work a full-time schedule of 36 hours per week, including weekday daytime hours, rotating night weekends, every third weekend, and holidays.
Desired Qualifications
  • One year of radiology or imaging experience is preferred.
  • Experience working in an advanced modality is preferred.
  • Certification in an advanced modality through ARRT is preferred, including Computed Tomography (CT), Mammography (M), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR), Vascular Interventional (VI), or Cardiac Interventional (CI).
