Requirements
  • 1+ years of Restaurant experience or experience working with restaurants is required
  • Must be comfortable communicating with others via phone or other telecommunications platforms
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experienced presentation and negotiation skills focused on selling value vs. cost
  • Strong business acumen communicating a consultative approach with clients
  • In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry, specifically restaurant operations and management
  • Advanced knowledge of technology and software, specifically point of sale systems, online ordering websites, payment processing, and other restaurant specific technologies
  • Ability to collaborate with specialists and others in the organization to advance the best solution for a client
  • The ability to close opportunities and achieve sales goals
  • Proficiency using the Google Suite, Microsoft Office and Salesforce

Responsibilities
  • Outbound calling to discuss opportunities with existing clients
  • Evaluating and strategizing opportunities with existing clients
  • Draft and deliver presentations/demonstrations on specific products
  • Closing opportunities with existing clients
  • Installation and training of certain products
  • Provide post-installation follow-ups, reporting any issues or bugs
  • Continuing education on products and innovations (hardware, software, etc.)
  • Communicating Client feedback on products and services
  • Develop/maintain customer and internal relationships
