We are looking to hire an experienced Revenue Growth Specialist to work within our passionate Restaurant team. As a Revenue Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting discovery calls with existing SpotOn Restaurant clients to inform and educate those clients about add-on products/services available to them that can help them compete and win in their market.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound calling to discuss opportunities with existing clients
- Evaluating and strategizing opportunities with existing clients
- Draft and deliver presentations/demonstrations on specific products
- Closing opportunities with existing clients
- Installation and training of certain products
- Provide post-installation follow-ups, reporting any issues or bugs
- Continuing education on products and innovations (hardware, software, etc.)
- Communicating Client feedback on products and services
- Develop/maintain customer and internal relationships
Qualifications:

- 1+ years of Restaurant experience or experience working with restaurants is required
- Must be comfortable communicating with others via phone or other telecommunications platforms
- Experience in a sales position a bonus!
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experienced presentation and negotiation skills focused on selling value vs. cost.
- Strong business acumen communicating a consultative approach with clients.
- In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry, specifically restaurant operations and management.
- Advanced knowledge of technology and software, specifically point of sale systems, online ordering websites, payment processing, and other restaurant specific technologies
- Ability to collaborate with specialists and others in the organization to advance the best solution for a client.
- The ability to close opportunities and achieve sales goals.
- Proficiency using the Google Suite, Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Compensation:
- Our base pay range starts at $50,000 -$60,000 for this role
- Please note the salary range listed is just one component of a competitive compensation package which includes a company stock plan
