Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 10 years systems management experience with minimum 5+ years in a managerial role in a global organization.
  • Strong understanding of core accounting and revenue processes - journal processing, consolidation, payables management, cash management, revenue management lifecycle (including invoicing, cash application, revenue recognition etc.). Ad industry experience is preferred.
  • Oracle EBS (E-Business Suite) implementation experience in three or more functional process areas and building custom solutions is required. Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud is a plus.
  • Experience managing vendor & outsourcing relationships is required.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and leadership skills, with the ability to navigate cross-cultural and cross-functional environments
  • Nimble to deliver for stakeholders: You know how to navigate hurdles and stay focused on great customer experience.
  • Proficiency in guiding and managing several teams focused on delivering timely solutions and running highly efficient support organizations.
  • Strong understanding of SOX controls, processes and procedures.
  • Ability to coach and role model development best practices across the organization

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of talented system engineers and analysts to build systems to support our accounting and revenue teams.
  • Evolve our architecture, development and operations practices to address the growth needs of the business.
  • You possess a mix of technical strength, business strength, and the ability to navigate stakeholders across different business areas and have experience building cross-functional relationships across engineering and business peers to ensure objectives are well defined and clearly understood. You are able to navigate working at the strategic level (e.g. function and organizational design, understanding customer sentiment and demand, leading through change management) and at the tactical level (e.g. analyzing data and metrics, team management, solving problems, being a force multiplier).
  • You will partner with the strategic product leader to produce a detailed product roadmap, setup the work, and deliver on the roadmap.
  • You will establish success metrics and KPIs to measure, monitor and improve the performance of the function.
  • You will be responsible for preparing budgets, allocating resources and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • You will engage the business to identify their needs and spot opportunities to build features that increase engagement and drive efficiencies.
  • You will build and maintain strong working relationships with various internal stakeholder groups, including IT, Accounting, Revenue, and Monetization product teams.
  • You will be responsible for vendor relationships by managing contract renewals and ensuring we are getting the expected value.
