- Completion of a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician training course is required.
- An active Registered Behavior Technician certification is preferred, or the certification must be obtained within 60 days after hire.

- Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with Behavior Analyst Certification Board guidelines.
- Foster a safe, engaging, and structured learning environment for each client.
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
- An active Registered Behavior Technician certification.
