Requirements
  • Strong tactical leader of day-to-day operations. Managing internal and external teams to meet business objectives and quality standards
  • An ability to works with minimal supervision on large, more complex titles and projects across a variety of workflows and needs
  • Strong day-to-day operational management on complex significant/multiple projects with responsibility for results and the ability to deliver mid and long-term strategic vision for the brand/s within the territories
  • A leader who can operate with significant latitude for actions or decisions who can establish and assures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans and performance requirements
  • Direct manager who can provide recommendations around employee development and progression, provide clear performance measurements and actions to foster learning development and individual goals

Responsibilities
  • Leading the overall planning and execution of product marketing plans in relation to multiformat videogame releases. Plans should be synched with Global strategies and tailored to various local market needs & regional growth strategies as required, including working with distributors/agencies to ensure relevant and impactful marketing activity for each allocated title
  • Accurately position allocated products in the marketplace, identifying key market
  • Segments, growth territories, opportunities and risks, providing relevant reports and analyses, competitor analyses/risk analyses etc
  • Navigate individual territory nuances alongside growth and insights team to ensure relevant and impactful marketing activity is in place across the region, in line with long term growth potential and strategies
  • Lead on the creation and augmentation, alongside the Marketing Directors vision, of current and new product brands in the short, mid and long term. Offer insights, analysis and ideas that will improve the brand awareness, grow & expand the audience and ultimately increase the commercial viability of given product brands within the market
  • Ownership of title marketing budgets for the region, including effective budget management and tracking, allocating to individual territories in line with global and market strategies for maximum impact, ensuring all approvals are sought and obtained
  • Full Product lifecycle management. Ownership of the commercial performance in the territories, identify and highlight market opportunities, providing relevant reports & analysis while exploring options for research and data insights (audience segmentation, competitor analyses, risk analyses). Review and analyse performance at all stages to identify and dig into learnings & actions
  • Manage and control relevant third party suppliers and agencies to develop and implement effective cross-promotion marketing activity, ensuring maximum efficiency and awareness is achieved
  • Embrace and put forward new ideas for audience expansion, test and learn, process updates and new product understanding across all markets to capitalise on opportunities for growth in the territory
  • Line management responsibility, including mentoring, development and career mapping

  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships and communication with external agencies/distributors, Global Marketing, Global comms, and the Take Two Sales team
  • Become a thought leader within the marketing team and an ambassador for the 2K brand
