Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years in a customer-facing, business value, or strategic role, preferably within SaaS, cybersecurity, or similar industries.
  • Proven experience working directly with customers, facilitating workshops, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver tangible results and solutions that drive customer value and satisfaction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of value-driven initiatives.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver strategic workshops and sessions with customers and prospects, focusing on driving value realization and business outcomes.
  • Partner with sales and customer success teams to clearly communicate the value of our platform, ensuring customers understand how to maximize its potential.
  • Collaborate with technical account managers and customer success teams to ensure clients are achieving their desired outcomes and adopting the platform successfully.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure customer expectations and deliverables are aligned.
  • Provide direct support to customers by executing tailored workshops, presentations, and follow-up actions to drive engagement and adoption.
