- Analyze operational data and key performance indicators to identify trends and support continuous process improvements.
- Evaluate logistics processes to improve operational efficiency and support long-term business growth.
- At least 1 year of work experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry, with ocean import experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Bilingual English and Korean language skills.
