Responsibilities
  • Develop and enforce taxonomy, metadata, and tagging standards
  • Organize digital assets into logical and efficient categories and folders
  • Facilitate easy retrieval of digital assets by stakeholders
  • Ensure that assets are distributed appropriately and are accessible to authorized users
  • Implement security measures to protect digital assets
  • Manage permissions and access rights to ensure assets are used in compliance with licensing agreements and copyright laws
  • Streamline workflows related to the creation, approval, and publication of digital assets
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to integrate DAM systems into their processes
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of digital assets
  • Regularly audit and maintain the DAM system to remove outdated or unused assets
  • Provide training and support to users of the DAM system
  • Create documentation and guidelines for best practices in asset management
  • Generate reports on asset usage, retrieval times, and system performance
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in asset management processes
  • Work closely with IT, marketing, creative, and other departments to understand their asset needs
  • Communicate updates and changes in the DAM system to relevant stakeholders
  • Keep abreast of new technologies and trends in digital asset management
  • Implement new tools and practices as necessary to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of asset management
  • Assist, as needed, in the regular updating and maintenance of the organization's website
  • Upload and format text, images, and other multimedia content to the website, as needed
  • Assist in coordinating with external vendors for additional web services as needed

  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS, website design tools and interaction design applications, and photo editors (e.g., Photoshop) preferred

AWSOM is currently building a modern medical education facility in Bentonville, Arkansas, located on the Crystal Bridges campus, which also houses the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art and the Heartland Whole Health Institute. The school has received preliminary accreditation from the Liaison Committee on Medical Education and will welcome its first class of 48 students in July 2025.
