Requirements
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
  • A North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license is required.
  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and create individualized treatment plans.

  • Train, mentor, and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians, Applied Behavior Analysis Behavior Technicians, and Behavior Technicians.
  • Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and positive client outcomes.
  • Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
