Responsibilities
  • Utilize AI-powered tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, AI sourcing platforms, chatbots) to identify, engage, and attract high-quality candidates.
  • Leverage data analytics to optimize sourcing strategies, track pipeline metrics, and improve recruitment outcomes.
  • Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines across multiple skill sets, ensuring a steady flow of qualified talent for current and future roles.
  • Execute innovative sourcing campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, X, GitHub, and niche communities to engage passive and active candidates.
  • Lead sourcing projects, coordinate with hiring managers, and manage timelines to meet recruitment goals efficiently.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends by adopting and integrating new AI tools, sourcing platforms, and recruitment technologies.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to align sourcing strategies with organizational needs and diversity goals.
