  • Students pursuing a Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, Management Information Systems, or related field, graduating in December 2023 - December 2024
  • Availability from January - April
  • Part-Time availability of at LEAST 25-30 hours a week (Monday - Friday 9-6 pm EST - NO Weekends)
  • Must be U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Comfortable working with object-oriented programming languages and SQL
  • Familiarity working with .NET, JAVA, C++, C#
  • As a key member of the team, you will work alongside Software Development professionals to develop cutting-edge solutions to maximize performance, scalability, and distributed processing capabilities
  • Work independently to coordinate and implement solutions to complex technical issues
  • Contribute to improvements of ongoing standard software development processes, team infrastructure, and methodology in collaboration with other Software Engineers
  • Collaborate outside of the team to align and achieve expected outcomes
  • Help identify and refactor areas of functional and architectural improvements
  • Help implement departmental improvements in process/technical solutions with positive, measurable results
  • Ongoing review of development efforts to ensure compliance with business requirements, scalability, security, and other best practices
  • Maintain web-based applications and back-end services using the C#/.NET Framework, SQL Server, and other cloud technologies
  • Code front-end web pages using modern technologies (React w/ Hooks, Typescript, CSS)
  • Gain cross-functional skills and visibility in all areas of the business: from our virtual training sessions, hands-on experience, mentorship program, and access to diverse subject matter experts
