Responsibilities
  • Grow new corporate clients through leading a sales team
  • Lead implementation adoption for new and current clients
  • Establish and implement plans to exceed pipeline generation goals
  • Support client implementations of the education-as-a-benefit platform
  • Identify and establish key relationships with decision makers
  • Develop and execute customer experience programs
  • Recruit, develop, and coach team members
  • Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual activity and pipeline targets
  • Implement and improve sales processes
  • Work closely with Integrated Marketing teams
  • Advocate for effective use of tools and technology
