  • Plan and manage our largest traffic channels, including Wonderschool Marketplace, cross-site placements, and outbound
  • Identify and scale new opportunities for customer growth and brand awareness
  • Partner cross-functionally to get new customer behavior data from our core product into the CRM to drive personalized campaigns
  • Manage external marketing agencies and contractors
  • Effectively leverage data to optimize channel performance and drive reporting conversations with leadership
