  • Reliable transportation required.
  • Technical Skills: Attention to detail and basic computer skills.
  • Work Experience: Front Desk, hospitality, customer/guest facing.
  • Must be able to walk distances, lift luggage.
Responsibilities
  • Overnight shift report
  • Close out the previous day, set to the current day
  • Close open items as appropriate from day shifts
  • Security walk-throughs every 2 hours
  • Guest/owner interactions as necessary
  • Address or report disturbances
  • A first reporter for medical and other emergencies
  • Ensure late arrivals are tracked to the next day if applicable
  • Open tickets as appropriate (from a walkthrough or guests/owners)
  • Run Arrivals and Departures reports as appropriate
  • Assemble check-in packets, make key cards and parking passes
  • Other duties, as assigned
