Key Responsibilities:

Manage resource allocation across multiple projects to ensure optimal team utilization.
Work closely with project managers and department heads to understand hiring needs.
Track employee workload and availability to avoid over- or under-utilization.
Support workforce planning by identifying skill gaps and future hiring requirements.
Maintain accurate records of team assignments and update internal systems.
Provide insights on resource management strategies to improve efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Experience in resource management, workforce planning, or project staffing.
✔ Strong analytical and organizational skills.
✔ Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
✔ Proficiency in workforce planning tools and Excel.
✔ Experience in IT services, consulting, or similar industries is a plus.
